Pipe Cutter-Ratcheting Chain

A ratcheting chain pipe cutter, often called a snap cutter, uses a series of hardened cutting wheels on a flexible chain to wrap around and "snap" through dense pipe materials. Unlike standard pipe cutters, these do not rotate around the pipe; instead, the ratcheting handle applies increasing pressure parallel to the pipe until it breaks cleanly.
